  2. THE AXIUM ADVENTURES GAME DIRECTIONS

  9. In the year 2143 a space ship was launched from the planet 
  10. Earth to explore the uncharted Axium Galaxy.  What made this
  11. collection of planets so interesting was the fact that each 
  12. one had a temple built centuries earlier by some unknown race
  13. of beings. Each temple consisted of a single room in which 
  14. there was a unique puzzle. The mission to the Axium Galaxy 
  15. was to solve all the puzzles in order to find out more about
  16. this strange enigma.

  19. OBJECTIVE
  20.  
  21. The objective is for you to reach the red control panel 
  22. located in each puzzle.  Before you can open the control panel, 
  23. you must first get the yellow key.  Using various objects like 
  24. crates, meteor balls and other items, you must figure out a 
  25. solution to each of the puzzles.

  28. GAME PLAY
  29.  
  30. To play click on the SELECT button at the bottom of the game 
  31. board.  Select a puzzle by clicking on the number of the 
  32. puzzle you want to load.  The puzzles that have been solved 
  33. already will have a green border around them.  
  34.  
  35. When the puzzle has been loaded, you move your man by using the 
  36. arrow keys on the keyboard. The Demonstration puzzle will take 
  37. you through a sample puzzle and show you all the different objects 
  38. you might encounter.  This will help you get accustomed to the 
  39. game play.

  41. There is at least one solution to every puzzle and many have 
  42. several solutions.  Are you able to solve them all?

  45. GAME  OBJECTS
  46.  
  47. WALLS:
  48. These cannot be moved 
  49.  
  50. TRANSPORT HOLES:
  51. These holes appear in pairs.  If you go into one, you will be 
  52. transported to the other one.  Crates and meteors balls will 
  53. vanish from the game board if pushed into one of these holes.
  54.  
  55. GRILLS:
  56. You can push meteor balls and crates over a grill that has not 
  57. been activated, however, your man can only step on them once.
  58. The grills will activate and rise out of the floor once your 
  59. man has passed over them.  Once activated, they cannot be moved 
  60. or passed through.

  62. CONES & GREEN BUTTON
  63. These green cones stick up out of the floor and cannot be 
  64. passed through.  The only way to remove these cones is to 
  65. reach the green button which will make the cones descend 
  66. into the floor.

  68. CRATES
  69. These wooden crates can be moved with your man by pushing them 
  70. in any direction.  Crates can also be used to block force fields.

  72. METEOR BALLS
  73. Meteor balls can be pushed in any direction.  They will continue 
  74. to move in the direction that they are pushed until they hit 
  75. another object or the side of the game board.  Meteor balls can 
  76. also be used to block force fields.

  78. FORCE FIELD LASERS
  79. These lasers send out a force field beam which prevents humans 
  80. from passing through them.  They can be blocked by cones, 
  81. meteor balls and crates.

  83. KEY
  84. The yellow key unlocks and opens up the control panel box.

  86. CONTROL PANEL BOX
  87. The red control panel is your objective.  You must first unlock 
  88. it by using the yellow key.

  121. has 50 mind-bending puzzles with all the solutions provided!
